About Jaci
My story, like many of yours, has been woven together through seasons. My seasons have taken me through ministry, questions, healing, and unexpected grace in the midst of what I thought was my life falling apart.
I grew up knowing Jesus and spent most of my teen and adult life serving in Evangelical Protestant ministries, pouring my heart into teaching, worship, and discipleship. When the foundations of how I worshipped began to shift, I didn’t walk away; I dug deeper.
In the midst of deconstructing how I practiced my faith, I held tightly to Who I believed in: the Father who loves, the Son who saves, and the Holy Spirit who sustains. That journey of prayer and study led me to the Catholic Church where I discovered a surprising and profound fullness. The rich continuity of Christian tradition, the sacraments, and the rhythm of a faith both ancient and alive allowed me a healing space where God rewove some of my most frayed places and brought deep restoration from past trauma.
By vocation and training, I’m a lifelong learner. I hold a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology with specialty certifications in pediatric autism and dementia care. My days are busy professionally in the medical field in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
God has called me to something else to learn, and I’m continuing to follow the threads God keeps laying before me. I’m studying theology through the McGrath Institute for Church Life at the University of Notre Dame.
In our home life, my husband and I navigate the joyful, complex, and sometimes chaotic world of a blended family of five children, one of whom has moderate-to-severe autism. Our family’s story is filled with unexpected challenges and even more unexpected grace, and it continues to shape the way I see God moving in the ordinary.
I’m passionate about writing, teaching, and speaking, and I believe God has placed a holy desire in my heart: to help others recognize His presence in the ordinary, sacred threads of their own daily lives. This space is where faith, curiosity, storytelling, and theology meet. I hope you will join me and allow the everyday to become a place of encounter.

Let's connect!
I’m always open to collaboration and speaking engagements rooted in a shared desire to love and serve the Body of Christ. Whether through teaching, conversation, retreats, or parish and community events, my heart is to connect with others as we live out the call of Acts—devoted to fellowship, prayer, and the breaking of bread. I’m especially passionate about exploring liturgical living as a way of embodying our faith in everyday life, allowing worship to shape how we love, serve, and belong to one another. If you’re interested in partnering together, I’d be honored to connect.
